I further understand that safe navigation to and from the parade is my responsibility. I understand that I must agree to follow all U.S. Coast Guard safety standards. I hereby certify that there exists full liability, property damage and personal injury insurance for the parade. A rider to your current vessel policy may be necessary. I understand that the captain of my vessel is required to attend the scheduled captains meeting. I hereby agree to hold fully harmless and to indemnify the volunteers and sponsors of the Holiday Boat Parade, local, state and federal government agencies, their employees, agents and guests from any personal injury or property damage which I, my vessel or my passengers might cause in any way or which may be associated to me or those on my vessel as a result of my participation in the Manatee River Holiday Boat Parade. *
